Starting Tuesday, October 23th, master pizzaiolo Salvatore Chierchia will be the first of six world-renowned pizzaiolos to do a weeklong guest appearance at Ribalta, offering up his one-of-a-kind specialty pizzas. He’ll be accompanied by Ribalta’s resident pizzaiolo Paolo Spadaro—master of the Pala pizza.
